SBTRKT

I have less than a month left in London before a long awaited return to New York...three years to be exact.  As is often the case with traveling and living abroad, music will inevitably provide memories.  Songs, albums, sounds just 'bring you back'.

For me, the James Blake album will forever remind me of London, just like Tom Vek will always transport me back to Berlin.  While I have only not just tracked down the complete SBTRKT album, I have a feeling this will be on repeat as I pack up my life here across the pond and prepare to leap back into the wild and crazy, wonderfully magical existence that is New York.

Add these tracks to your memory bank...

SBTRKT - Hold On

SBTRKT - Wildfire

SBTRKT - Trials of the Past

SBTRKT - Right Thing to Do

SBTRKT - Never Never

Strange Talk v. Tim Fuchs

A sweet girl was sleeping on the couch.  She awoke and said, 'whatever this song is, I like it.'  The rest is history.  That's all the proof you need.  Play this track loud and get your pre-party started.  The final countdown in London has begun.  Time to soak it all up!  NYC here I come...
